the location was fantastic. it was close to transportation! the staff was helpful and lovely! the onsen onsite was great too.

i could walk from the train station directly to the hotel reception (all under cover in case it rained!). the staff were very polite and allowed me to leave my bag in storage after i checked out at 10am. the room amenities were comfortable, and the room was peaceful. there was an amazing ramen restaurant across the road with a lunch set menu for just over 1,000 yen.
the room was small and there was not enough space for luggage and hanging up clothes.

the hotel is steps from the train station, a very convenient location. it is a short ride to the dotonbori city and nightlife, which i appreciated. there were many restaurants nearby also.

the staff was very helpful and accommodating. they allowed me to arrive earlier than the official check in time to store my bags. i was also able to leave my bags after i checked out to explore.

I adored the easy check-in and check-out process. It felt streamlined. the location was superb, with the subway just steps away. fresh towels and amenities was daily, a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay. the onsen was a true highlight, so relaxing after a day of sightseeing!!!
The room, while clean, was quite compact. Opening my suitcase fully was a bit challenging, a minor inconvenience in an otherwise lovely experience.

I appreciated the convenient location near Higobashi Station. It made getting around quite easy. The staff were all very polite. I was allowed to store my heavy bags before check-in and after check-out. The AMAZING Ramen restaurant across the road had a delicious set lunch!
